Bring your boat and enjoy direct lake access with a private boat lift and dock, or take advantage of the complimentary paddleboards, kayaks, and inner tube. Kids can spend hours playing on the water trampoline, lounging on the lily pad, or floating in the lake with our stash of kid-friendly floats. The swim dock is perfect for cannonballs, sunbathing, or lakeside relaxation.

Back on land, there’s a sprawling front lawn that’s ideal for games and playtime. Inside, you’ll find a gourmet kitchen for the chef in the family, plus a second full kitchen for added convenience.

Designed with families in mind, the home features a smart layout where the children’s side of the house is separate from the parent’s wing. Parents can enjoy peace and privacy while the kids have their own space. There are also private home offices—perfect for remote work without distractions.

Evenings are made for movies in the indoor theater room, dining outside under the stars, or watching the sunset over the lake.

Mimi bought this property to 'get away' from the busy world. We used to live in this house and loved every minute of it.
There is not much property left on Lake Austin. It is quiet here and we love to go skiing, relax on the boat dock, or go to the local restaurants nearby.
