Awesome House

Great house and perfect for our vacation visiting with family. Amazing album collection. Backyard was great even in the winter. Loved staying here and will try and stay here again when we return for another visit.

Family get away

Great house, loved the music options as well as the gourmet kitchen. Patrick is a pleasure to work with, would definitely recommended this property.

Work / Family Trip to Scottsdale

My family really enjoyed our stay. The home has a unique retro vibe and we really enjoyed perusing through the collection of records and listening in the music room. We enjoyed a nice fire one evening. The house is fully equipped with pretty much everything you might need. Patrick was very responsive and willing to help make our stay great.

So disappointing.

I can't believe this place was rated 10/10 "Exceptional" when we booked it because we've never been more disappointed with a rental. It will make us question ratings going forward.The bed, pillows, shower mats, sofa blankets, doors, and floors were dirty and the dust in the "library" was terrible. Cups and glasses in the cupboard had residue. We rented this place for a month and wanted to leave an hour after checking in. Spent the first day doing laundry and cleaning. I let Patrick know how disappointed we were and he said he had already ordered a new duvet cover but putting it on would be "complicated". We used the new cover but not the duvet because it was gross.I should have known when I asked him before check-in who we could use for a cleaner when we're there and he said he just does it himself. The closest we got to the pool was to throw some chlorine in. An old house is going to need some TLC and we expected that. But simply being clean is a low bar that this place doesn't clear. Honestly. Yuck.
