This was an easy access property with a lovely outdoor wraparound deck. The house was very clean and stocked nicely. We would defintely stay here again, if we decide to return to Mt. Rainier.
Home worked really well for our family of six. We like the proximity to the town and the parks. Allowed us to visit paradise and sunrise without moving homes. Close to the restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for the park. Enjoyed the deck and house was very comfortable. Packwood is a cute little town. We had cloudy weather in the park so the mountain hid most of the time but we will need to plan a trip back!
Great location south of Paradise with easy park entrances.
Super clean and very comfortable for our family of 4! The deck is lovely for morning coffee and evening dinners. We stayed here as a "base camp" for days trips and hikes. The local market had everything we needed to stock up the fridge!
Lovely vacation home in Packwood. Stayed for a week and would definitely stay again. Great kitchen, beautiful home and amazing deck with nice landscaping. Quiet location and house was very clean.
We loved this beautiful place near Mt. Ranier and didn’t want to leave! Big kitchen, lovely dining area and outdoor deck, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful accommodations for our family. We all enjoyed our stay and loved the neighborhood, too. We hope to return someday.

Thank you for your nice review. We would love to have you back again.
Our family spent 4 nights at this rental property and were pleased with both the accommodations and responsiveness of Carolyn as the premier host. The neighborhood was quiet and the few people we encountered were friendly. The location was ideal for our daily trips to Mount Rainier National Park and the town of Packwood for eateries and provisions. I would not hesitate to book this property again if we return to this area for vacation.
This cabin was wonderful for our family of 4 while visiting Mt. Rainer. National Park. It was spacious, the outdoor deck was a great place to relax and play games, and my kids loved the ax throwing game. It was also located close to the park and the town of Packwood was adorable. We enjoyed it so much my kids wanted to stay longer.
We had a nice time here. The home is comfortable and had all the things we needed. It was very clean and there were no issues with anything. Host was great.
Nice cabin with everything you need for a stay near Mt Rainier, even firewood and marshmallows are provided. We enjoyed day trips into Mt Rainier National Park followed a serious corn hole competition near the campfire at night. Recommend especially for families.

Thank you Maia. I do my best to make your visit more about just the hike.
We had a wonderful stay at the end of July! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We spent the bulk of our time on the patio, which was amazing! The proximity to Mt. Rainier National Park made this the perfect place to unwind after hiking. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
Our group of 7 had a comfortable 1 night stay. The house was clean, there was plenty of space, and enough beds for all. It's about an hour away from both Sunrise and Paradise so we were able to explore both areas. Communication with the host was quick. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommended!
The first thing we noticed was how clean and well maintained this cabin is. Without a doubt, it is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have stayed at. You can absolutely tell that time and care is taken to make sure the place is spotless, clean, and comfortable for guests. Amazing location in a quiet wooded neighborhood of other cabins. I highly recommend checking this place out.
Our stay at this property was great - we had a question about how to operate the air conditioning and Carolyn's response was quick and very helpful! The property is in a great location that felt secluded yet close enough to everything we needed. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We loved the outdoor space and big kitchen and living spaces!
In general, the accommodation was comfortable and clean with good amenities.
The only problems we had were getting situated to begin with. Instructions on how to operate the front door lock were incomplete. We were not familiar with the locking mechanism, so we did not know that there are additional buttons on the pad which also must be used. We had to try various combinations with the numbers provided until we finally were able to open the lock.
Once inside, we discovered that the codes for the WiFi were not correct. Fortunately, we were able to contact the owner who provided the updated codes.
After overcoming those first hurdles, our stay was very nice.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. Feedback is always helpful. In the future I will let guests know that along with their 4 digit code, they need to hit the ✔ mark. Also I sent updated Wifi info along with an early check in, at 9:45 a.m, the day of your arrival. I'm sorry that you did not get this on your VRBO reservation site. I cannot reach out to you personally and all communication is through VRBO. You may not have had Wifi if you were in the park. But I did reach out with the new information as soon as I could figure out a resolution. In the location we are in, Wifi is a regular issue. But in this case, they were replacing fiber optic lines and it deleated my connections and passwords.
I'm glad we were able to get things communicated on the phone.
Thank you for your feedback, and for staying with us.
