About this property
Four Seasons Cabin: 10 minutes to Mount Rainier, 20 minutes to Ski White Pass
Packwood is an outdoor wonderland, surrounded by mountains, rivers and wildlife. After a hard day of hiking, skiing, biking or just walking the river and viewing wildlife, come back to relax and unwind creekside. You can sit by the creek, roast marshmallows in the firepit, or play board games with the family. Our family would like to share this wonderful experience with our guests and strive to make it the most comfortable and relaxing visit possible.
Don't worry, though, the cabin is well-equipped with all of the modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including internet access. Upstairs, fall asleep to the sounds of the creek in the main bedroom's queen-sized bed, with its adjoining bath. In the morning, brew a cup of coffee in the master's coffee maker and enjoy it on the attached porch overlooking the creek. The guest bedroom across the hall has a double bed, and the bathroom next door has a tub/shower combo. Off the living room, our versatile bunkroom has a bunk bed and a double, so it can be used for the kids or adults.
The beautiful kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all of the utensils, dishes, glasses and cookware you need to cook meals for 2 or 12. It includes both a keurig and traditional coffee pot and basic spices. The dining table, crafted from a fir tree on the property, seats 6-8 comfortably and a breakfast bar adds two more seats. The custom-built river rock fireplace burns logs for cozy winter afternoons. If you are visiting in warmer weather, all doors have walk-through screens to let in summer breezes. The creek side of the cabin includes a porch, a patio with table and chairs, and a large firepit.
Whether you come for the outdoor adventure or a quiet getaway, the Creekside Cabin is the rental for you!

Beautiful cabin with many wonderful things inside and out to enjoy our stay while we were in Washington. A Wonderful stream to listen to as well in the back yard with some mountains. In view from upper rear porch. Highly recommended!
This was the perfect spot for our family while exploring Mt. Rainier! My only complaint, which is my fault I didn't realize there was no AC and it was really warm the first day/night but after that it cooled off and it wasn't needed. There was also plenty for outlets and everything thing you needed, besides a TV which the outdoors provided more than enough entertainment. We loved the stream in the backyard and also visited the lake near by a couple times which was beautiful and calm!
I walked in and felt like I was home. This cabin is actually a fully-equipped house with all the modern conveniences. There are fun touches everywhere you look. It’s a few min out of Packwood. We learned that Packwood has a huge city-wide flea market over Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. We were there over Memorial Day weekend and the traffic in town was terrible. The one supermarket in town is very overpriced. I suggest shopping elsewhere before arriving. The house was very clean and comfortable with lots of seating inside and out. Do follow the instructions in the notebook and pop over to your private beach. It’s really nice. Host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this property as a base for exploring Mt Rainier.
The cabin was absolutely perfect for the last leg of our National Park trip! It felt like we were staying in someone’s home, not their rental. Highly recommend!
Cozy and fun! Packwood has all you need to adventure into Mt Rainier National Park and this property is great jumping off point to explore the wild, wind down after a busy day in the trails, or wandering j to town to take part in some eats and live music. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to visit Mt Rainier!
If you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, this is the house for you! I love the creek in the backyard. It’s probably my favorite part of staying here.
You're close to Mt. Rainier NP as well as Packwood at this charming cabin. Great communication with owner. Can' say enough good things about this place.
We (8) had an amazing time at this cabin. Super close to White Pass and the nice food options in Packwood. Right on a creek and a good option regardless of the weather.
Charming and cozy!
This is our second stay at the cabin. We love the location and the cabin gives lots of space for a family. The fire place is one of my favorites. We enjoyed our time in Packwood and have so much fun as a family.
