Cozy modern 3bd/2ba home centrally located in the mountains
Enjoy our centrally located family-friendly house which features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is less than 15 minutes away from Lake Siskiyou and the Mt. Shasta Ski Park. You can also enjoy a 5-10 minute walk to near-by coffee shops and restaurants.
This home was built in 2020 and offers brand new appliances with beautiful wood floors and cabinets. It's big enough to entertain guests in our open style kitchen while still keeping a cozy atmosphere.
Our home is fully furnished which features a large living room, dining room and kitchen with an open concept. We offer a master bedroom with a king bed, a room with a queen bed and our third bedroom has bunk beds which is great for kids. Our home is also located in a beautiful neighborhood as well.
We will provide our direct phone numbers so we will be readily available to answer any questions to help make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Nice House to Stay At
We enjoyed our stay here. Centrally located but lacked a back yard & no BBQ. As it was winter, we would have liked a fireplace. And the owners do not let you control the heat setting. You have to text them and they adjust it for you. Otherwise, I would recommend to others to stay.

While having a backyard, BBQ, and fireplace would be great amenities for our house, we want to clarify that our rental did not advertise these features. I believe we even directly answered questions about the "backyard." We strive to ensure all our advertised amenities are clear in our listing to help our guests know what to expect. Regarding the heating, though we understand this may have been an inconvenience for you, we adjusted temperatures promptly upon request to ensure the comfort of our guests.

One of our favorite places!
We had the best stay here and we miss it already! Hiten and An are absolutely wonderful hosts. They are very communicative, quick to respond to any questions, and kind. The home is kept in spotless condition, and the appliances and furniture are all very new. It is fully furnished with a stocked kitchen, large sofa, flat screen TV, and just everything we needed. The internet was fast and worked perfectly. Overall the home is very bright, cheerful and spacious. We absolutely loved staying here!
