About this property

Four Bedroom Lone Eagle Luxury True Ski in - Ski Out

This beautiful condominium at Keystone is our second home. It is rarely rented and beautifully furnished with high-quality appliances: Wolf stove, Thermador oven, wet bar and wine cooler.

We are on the ground floor at the end of the hall so that there are no neighbors on either side. The building is very solid and quiet; more solitude and space with four bedrooms and over 2500 square feet.

Ground floor also means down the hall from the locker room, gym, spa, steam and pool, no elevator involved!

A wall of windows allows for an abundance of natural sunlight light and the absolute best ski slope views in Keystone.

There are two master bedrooms. One has a king-sized bed, master bathroom, a flat screen TV and ski slope views. The second master has a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and Snake River views. Both master bathrooms feature two vanities, a large walk-in shower and a jetted tub that opens to the master bedroom.

The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom with shower and views of the ski slopes. The second guest bedroom has twin-sized bed with a trundle and Snake River views.

The place is very clean, not used as a typical rental. We will be selective to rent to one or two families, children welcome, with a maximum of eight.

Along with true ski-in/ski-out access to the Keystone Gondola and Summit Express lift, you're just 100 yards from world class restaurants in Kindred resort, ski rentals, shopping and nightlife.

You will love this place.

We set this up as a second home with the best furnishings, Stearns and Foster mattresses, Wolf and Thermador appliances. We rent very infrequently to keep the place first rate. We live in Colorado and are there quite a bit.

Why they chose this property

Keystone is a great family resort with plenty of challenge for advanced skiers and a really first class children's program. Our kids started with they were 2 or 3 and now in their 20's are really great skiers and racers. The village is a two minute walk across a skier bridge and we are OUT OF THE VILLAGE where it can be noisy during the days and evenings. It is really dead quiet over here except there is some snow grooming which goes in the night.

What makes this property unique

Again, the main thing about Lone Eagle is location and therefore quietude, but with easy access to the village and restaurants and shopping at all levels of price and quality. If you're familiar with Gorsuch, LTD, it is a high end store with all things mountain and great ski rentals, boots and gear. Then there are the more modestly priced shops as well, really good ones.
