3-year old home in sought after Arcadia community. Only 5 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. Enjoy the heated pool and hot tub during the day and your evenings on the quaint patio with gas fire pit. Home is fully equipped with all the dishes, linens and basic necessities. Upstairs is a loft fully equipped workout room. Super comfortable beds and plenty of space for your things. Lounge around in the open, spacious floor plan with plenty of blankets for watching tv. TV is equipped with plenty of streaming channels. Electric fireplace for ambiance, but also provides heat. Why they chose this property
Super close to all the fun - centrally located! Home is built in 2020 and barely lived in, brand new paint. Everything you need ... hot tub, heated pool, fireplace, fire pit, nice gym equipment and weights, tastefully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, linens, spices, soaps & detergents. Plus, there are 5 TVs (in every room), surround sound, keyless keypads on the doors, gated community.
