Peaceful property near wineries

Our visit was for a family wedding. We needed the peace and quiet! Villa was roomy and comfortable. Lovely neighborhood with a pretty lake. Everything went smoothly and we’re so relaxed in the villa. Highly recommended!

Carpet stains, small courtyard, trash overflowing in trashcan in garage. Thermostat had to be repair and maintenance was in property for about 2 hours. Maintenance left garage open. Problem with front door lock. Hard mattresses. Overpriced for value.

Good space but....

The house was spacious and in a very nice neighborhood and as we visited at Christmas time there were a lot of houses decorated to the 10's.The photos on the listing were a bit deceptive as i asked specifically about the outdoor BBQ area being private, the photo was actually of the community area. Although the kitchen did have a lot of things, some basics were missing such as a full size pot to make something as simple as spaghetti or full size tongs to use on the BBQ.The home was "mostly" clean but there were a lot of little pieces of trash scattered around and the coffee pot had previous grounds that were actually moldy.The plumbing runs very slow and the TV in the kitchen area we could not get to work.Even though there were those minor cleanliness issues it was still a nice place to stay and the host was very communicative.

Very dirty floors and false advertisement

First we got an email stating that previous person lost the key fob to the pool and said they couldn’t get a new one for a while. This was a huge deciding factor to stay at a house with a kid friendly pool. They told us too late since we drove over 6 hours for a wedding we couldn’t not find another property to accommodate our family in time. The property sleeps up to 10 I put ten guests for our party size however, there was not enough sleeping area for our family. The listing says two double sleeper sofas in each of the 2 living rooms however they are just couches and do not pull out into a bed…when contacted them and asked them they directed us to a pull lever in the couch which is does not exist. Then they stated later after our family member had no where to sleep, said sorry they don’t pull out there is an air bed in the closet. The next night we tried that and it is pumped up with a battery operated pump and it had no batteries. Horrible communication and very uncomfortable stay. It was recommended to take off our shoes in the home which we did and our feet were black! Like so extremely dirty like the floors were not cleaned in months. Then they had the audacity to say we staid a towel…however it was only stained by wiping up a water bottle spill and that was on the kitchen floor. Hence how extremely dirty the floor was in the home. I would not recommend this stay in you like a clean home and great communication. The owner had multiple packages sent the home during stay.
