Had you contacted us while you were here, we would have immediately sent our maintenance team to clear the drains, address the ants, and assist with any window covering concerns to make your stay completely comfortable. Regarding the exterior area, the septic tank section is located well off to the side of the main grounds, but safety is our top priority. We have shared all this to our maintenance team and they are currently being addressed. Thanks again for your feedback!
