Amazing Family House - LRG Kitchen, Pool, Spa, Views!

Our Vista at the Vines, sleeps 10 guests, in our 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom split level home. You and your guests will enjoy the entertainer’s kitchen, stocked with all the cooking essentials. The open floor plan allows for ample space to saunter through with ease – topping off drinks, munching on some fresh bread and dips while chatting to friends and family.

After dinner, take your fun outside and enjoy the incredible view all the while relaxing in the jacuzzi or jump in the pool. If you are looking to unwind, sit around the fire pit in the front yard, while enjoying the sunset over the Temecula’s Wine Country.

Bring on the competition downstairs in the game room complete with a pool table, darts and a custom bar. Downstairs you will also find the master suite with a retreat area that you can sip your coffee in, read a book, or just be mesmerized by the view.

Make your way to the top level to the 3 additional bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Hotel-style linens are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-Please note that the pool is not heated
-Spa Heat is not included in pricing and is fully optional. If desired, a fee of $50 per day with a 3 day minimum must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact SunnyDays after booking to purchase spa heat for your stay.
--Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
-This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, or parties, and the property is monitored with cameras and decibel meters as required by city ordinances. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies.

Tranquility

This home is located in a peaceful and relaxing hillside neighborhood in wine country of Temecula Valley. Overall relaxing… you hear California Quail, Chickens and Turkey in the morning during sunrise and coyotes howling in the canyon in the evening. You’re literally minutes away from the wineries off Rancho California Road. The home itself is cozy with a nice open floor plan kitchen area that gives way to a multi seating breakfast nook counter top along with the dining room and living room. Pool table in the downstairs area. The home has a lot of natural lighting with larger bay windows facing both the backyard towards the pool/jacuzzi and the front yard facing the driveway overlooking the valley. Was a beautiful relaxing stay for us as we stayed for a week during Easter Celebration. Book with confidence.

Girl's getaway

A group of 6 of us all stayed at this property for a fun getaway. The home was clean, and comfortable. The pool was perfect too on the hot days. We had a great time and would recommend this lovely home!

Great Property

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The views are wonderful and the house is great. The communication with the property manager was clear and replied were fast. Will definitely book again when traveling to this area.

Spring Break in Wine Country

Beautiful and spacious home great for families. We were especially pleased that pets are allowed so our doggies had a fun getaway as well. The house was conveniently located in wine country with easy access to wineries and shopping. The home was renovated and decorated beautifully and immaculately maintained inside and out. We enjoyed the pool and a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi everyday! All questions and concerns during our stay were handled promptly. We had a great time!

Annual family staycation

This home is beautiful and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are very nice. The house has a relaxing ambiance to it. The kitchen is very large which is nice for multiple people to prepare meals together. We had fun playing pool, hanging out in the jacuzzi and just playing games. Went to Somerset winery and had a wonderful time.
