About this property

Super clean, lower level, recently renovated and beachfront - walk to Pier Park

New Owner! We are expanding our rental properties in Panama City Beach and have recently added this unit.

​We have 5 star reviews at our other property, and the previous owner here also maintained 5 stars.

This 5th floor unit sleeps 8: 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, a bunk area, 3 full bathrooms, and pull out sofa in the open living area. Upgrades include tile throughout, stainless steel appliances, new polywood patio furniture, and tasteful coastal decor. Each bedroom has a private bath and its own TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances and cookware so you can prepare meals if you choose. If not, you are only 3/4 of a mile to Pier Park where you will find tons of restaurants and shopping, as well as the Sky Wheel and amusement area.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located on the west side of PCB, within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. You will love all the on-site amenities: two large lagoon outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a fitness center with Roman spa, conference center, covered parking, 70 person theater, an arcade/game room, Flip Flops convenient store, Waves Bar & Grille, the tiki bar & snack shack, and private beach access.

We also provide complimentary beach chairs through Beach Services (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for rentals March through October.

There is a $60 registration fee required by Tidewater for parking passes and beach access wristbands. This is paid directly to them before or upon arrival. They also require a vaild, over 25 photo ID when checking in.

Great stay

One of the best VRBOs I’ve booked that is right on the beach. The unit is spacious, very clean, and well equipped. We loved that there are 3 bathrooms and in-unit laundry available. Will definitely check availability for any future PCB trips.

Clean, comfortable, great view

This condo was great! Spacious, great view, clean, good amenities. Lots of towels, clean beds, fantastic communication with owner! Other than long waits for the elevators, everyone had a great time. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a most pleasant surprise and so appreciated. We would love to stay at this place again.

Great Place!!

Great place to stay!! Clean and updated and the owner was very responsive and helpful with all my questions!! I would definitely stay here again!! The only downside was that the elevators took forever, but that is a building problem, not the property owners. You won't be disappointed in this rental!!

Amazing week in PCB!

We had an amazing week in this beautiful clean condo! ALL the best extras were thought of, there was a beautiful beach umbrella and 2 chairs available, games for the evening, and plenty of cookware! I hope to be back next year and we’ll definitely rent this beautiful condo again!

Wonderful condo!!

We could not have asked for a better condo! The location was great! The view was breathtaking!!! The decor was beachy and inviting. Communication with the owner was excellent. This was one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. It was perfect for our family of 5!

Great Beach Vacation!

We had an excellent stay at the Tidewater Beach Resort! Unit 510 was fantastic and the owner was awesome. It met all of our families needs. The view is amazing and the location is perfect for families. We loved being right on the beach and all of the amenities. We spent most of our time right on the water in the beach chairs provided with the rental or at one of the two awesome pools where my wife and I relaxed in the hot tub while the kids swam in our view and Nana soaked up some rays poolside. The elevators are a bit inconvenient, but I highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved this condo. The amenities were as stated in the owners description. She was very quick to respond. One of the toilet seats was cracked and it was replaced quickly. Literally our only complaint is the elevators. Luckily we were on the 5th floor. This property is huge and very popular. If you have no patience for waiting then look elsewhere. Another PCB trip is in the books and we made lots of great memories. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Enjoyable stay

Overall this specific rental has everything you need or want close to you. The biggest downfall is not with the owner nor the accommodations within the condo. It has to do with the facility it resides in specifically because of the extremely long wait time for elevators. Luckily this is on the 5th floor and not higher up. It took 40 minutes at check in just to get a luggage cart up to the 5th floor to unload luggage and then another 40 to get the cart back down to get my license returned since they hold it until you return the cart. With 7 elevators in the place I would think there shouldn’t be that extreme of a wait. We spent most the time taking the stairs due to the long waits especially around check in and out times
