We are the Derrick's! Jessica and I have been married for 20 years. We have five children and have made hundreds of amazing memories at RnR. Shawn is a full time realtor and investor. The moment he found RnR he knew this was a special place for our family to make lastly memories. That we have! We LOVE offering RnR to our guests to come and make memories themselves.
Why they chose this property
The moment we drove up and saw 6 acres of open fields, wild turkeys in the field, flower gardens and a log cabin nestled in seclusion we were excited. Walking into the cabin makes you immediately rest and then the moment you see the view makes you unwind. That is why it is RnR Riverside!
What makes this property unique
RnR uniquely offers seclusion while still benefiting to close proximity to shopping. The character of the log cabin makes you feel like you are in the mountains but with an incredible view of the river. RnR is located at the end of the River, so it is a bird watching heaven. The finished basement, fire pit, and long pier is just icing on the cake.
