floor weak and patched, had to listen to loud tv , owner would not return with remote . no window covering, people could see in at night. deck was dirty and golf cart was filthy.

Ronald, hate to see your one star review as we talked the entire time you were here and helped you with everything from checking in to working the Tv. I’m sorry the last guest took the remote but same day you told us, we brought you a whole new Roku system with remote installed it and showed you how to work it. I apologize you guys didn’t know how to change the volume. I’d have been glad to come back and show you. Every window in the entire house has covering by blinds so not sure what you mean by that. It was towards the end of our rental season so we do have repair we are making throughout the winter. Updating flooring, painting inside and out. Sorry we didn’t clean the complementary golf cart for you. Thanks so much for your feedback so we can do better with our future guest.
