✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap. The kitchen has complimentary seasonings & spices & two rolls of paper towels.

✹ PARKING: We have room for 2 vehicles to park in the driveway & have a limited number of parking passes available for a 3rd vehicle to park on the street overnight. Please request a pass for a 3rd vehicle prior to arrival. Passes are limited and based on availability. Unauthorized parking will be ticketed at your expense.

✔ No RVs/Trailers, passenger vans, or vehicles with commercial/business logos/emblems are permitted in the community per HOA rules.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: Enjoy free, high-speed Wi-Fi.

✹ The pool is available to be heated with a daily fee. Complimentary spa heating!

✹ Primary guest must be 29 years of age or older to rent and must provide a government issued ID upon booking confirmation.

✹ Daily rates are based on 10 guests. There is a fee for each additional guest above 10, up to a total of 12 guests. Please book for the correct total number of guests that will be at the property.

✹ $1500 security deposit is required. The security deposit to be processed as a hold by a third party on Guest's credit card. Signed rental agreement is required (completed electronically).
