All new furnishings & top quality beds w/ white linens & towels. Comfortable living room & 55' TV with Roku (full access to Netflix & Amazon Prime). Fully equipped kitchen. Full sized washer/dryer in kitchen closet. Adjacent to Duke Univ. and just 2 blocks from the Durham Organic Co-Op Market, the popular Da Kine's Kava Bar, the delicious Grub Durham, beautiful Duke Gardens & Nasher Art Museum. Convenient to Hwy 147, I-40, I-85, RTP and RDU airport (14 min ).
The space
The interior space is very uncluttered and clean. It is a part time home for the owner so the hall closet and certain kitchen cabinets are personal, but everything else is full access.
Guest access
Full use of the apartment - kitchen is furnished to prepare meals, etc. Feel free to use the washer/dryer, bedroom closet, dresser, etc.
Other things to note
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and requires walking up one flight of stairs.
