This is a very spacious townhome in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to downtown Durham and easy to get to Raleigh. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

The townhouse is beautiful, spacious and a great location if you're wanting to stay within about 15 minutes of the airport and near Southpoint Mall area. Samuel was very prompt in our communication - I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, everything is as seen in pictures and/or stated in communication. Just personal note to self, CON: pet friendly will be clarified better with next selection. We had to constantly and consistently get animal hair off of our clothing. Walking around in socks, not recommended. We were there for graduation ceremony. That being said, would I stay again Yes because next time I'll be better prepared.

Communication was timely. Samuel was very accommodating with a last minute addition to our itinerary, the townhouse was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The four of us used the kitchen for meals daily and it everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space! The general area was very safe and we took walks nightly. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

We came for a wedding at Duke University chapel. This was a convenient location close to the chapel and the airport where we had to pickup our daughter. The town house was spacious and clean. We would definitely use again if we are in the area.

We were in town for UNC admitted student day. The home was large and very clean. It took about 15 minutes to get to campus, and we found a massive mall about 8 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay in rental properties across the US each year - at least 6 times per year - and this was one of our best stays. The pictures are accurate. The home was nicely decorated and spotless. The bathrooms and kitchen was very clean. We had plenty of towels and blankets. The multiple floors provide enough space for separation when needed - we had multiple generations with us. The neighborhood was extremely quiet - we saw lots of people out for walks. The host was very accommodating - we extended our stay by an additional night at the last minute - thanks so much. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend staying at this location if the home is available. 5 out of 5 stars.
