Enjoy this bright, spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite just a three-minute stroll from Nosara’s sandy shores. Sip your morning coffee on one private balcony overlooking the ocean, then unwind at sunset on the second balcony with pool and jungle views. The fully furnished living area opens onto a lush tropical garden and shared pool—perfect for families or friends. You’re steps from top surf breaks, yoga studios, farm-to-table restaurants and boutique shops. These 2 bedrooms fit 4 guests. Each room includes a queen size bed, AC, high speed internet, desk, private bathroom and large windows to give an open, airy feel.

It also includes a full kitchen, spacious living room and dining area with large sliding glass doors that bring the outdoor jungle environment in.

Our shared pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden located privately behind the apartment building with 24hour access.

You have access to a share workout area with mats and some weights.

Also, a roof top is available with a hammock and chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze, sunset or just relax.

BBQ available in your porch.

We have a back up water tank and water pump, so we always have water.

Laundry is onsite for your convenience. Extra charge.

Nosara Stay

We stayed in the Penthouse suite and were so happy with the space. Having an outdoor deck on both sides of the suite is so nice so that you can have either sun or shade at any time. There is also a monkey bridge only feet from the one balcony and we watched a family of Howlers cross two times almost within touching distance. The pool is nicely shaded in the afternoon for a cool down.

I am lucky to live in one of the most beautiful places.

Why they chose this property

I being lucky to live in this beautiful town and now own this amazing property.
I enjoy to do the short walks to the beach to watch sunset or just to swim for a bit.
Also, sometimes take the back jungle trails to Guiones or Pelada beach where I join the quite of the nature and see sometimes some monkeys or animals hanging out.
The property is located in a quite residencial road, dirt road, where you can still see some animals.
At the same time, it's a a short walk or drive to some good restaurants in the area. Like La Luna Restaurant, where you need reservation for dinner, very popular en town. Or Olgas Bar a more costarrican restaurant where you can get fresh fish and ceviche. Chivos is a bar where you can get amazing burguers / tacos and a couple beers. In the other hand Rosys where you can go everyday cheap and delicious typical costarrican food.
It´s also a 5 min drive to Playa Guiones where you can have more dinner options and stores.
Also, the neighboards are organized for the safety of the community.
In Nosara you can enjoy great yoga and surfing, also watch amazing sunsets or just walk on the trails and find some wildlife.
Another activities that you can do and you would have a great time is kayak in the mangroves, fishing in Playa Garza or a waterfall tour.
