From its resort amenities such as a heated pool with a lazy river, several fire pits and an outdoor kitchen with 4 BBQ grills, you'll never want to leave!

This home offers the utmost in relaxation and entertainment. On the main level, there is a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a large shower. The upstairs primary suite features a king-size bed, private bathroom with a large shower, access to the balcony with stunning mountain and park views, and a Roku TV. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a large closet while the bunk room includes two triple bunk beds that sleep six and a Roku TV. The upstairs loft is complete with a king-size sleeper sofa, Xbox and an old-school arcade game with 300 classic games to enjoy. The two-car garage is equipped with a ping pong table and a 65-inch TV for entertainment. The backyard is ready for barbecue fun with a hot tub, grill, and outdoor seating. It's the perfect spot for grilling and taking a private soak in the fenced-in yard.

Truly one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed. Great location for visiting Zion. Beautiful townhouse with everything you could possibly ask for. Fantastic Rental

Had a great time at this Vrbo. Clean, friendly, and within short driving distance of multiple stores and shops. Plenty for the kids to do when we weren’t out on the trails hiking. Would highly recommend and will likely be using this place again in the future.

Good Times, great value

This property was great, actually. Everything worked-- having the kitchen was wonderful. Games, access to pool, weights room, hot tub, grill, all that was really nice. We did great hikes in Zion, Bryce, North Rim. No complaints.

Loved this home!!

Our kids loved the heated lazy river! We also enjoyed having the hot tub to ourselves. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean. We loved the family friendly home and area.

Couples MTB Weekend

Fantastic townhome for 3 couples each having their own ensuite. Hot tub great. Looks like set up well with family and kids as well. Great location near our favorite bike rides.

Great Property/Great Location

This property was perfect for our family of four while we visited Zion National Park. It was exceptional in all aspects and only about 25 minutes from Zion; perfect location. Our days were spent in the park and the later afternoon/evenings were spent at the pool.

Great Labor Day Weekend Stay

We had a great stay over the holiday weekend. The condo is HUGE! Much larger than it looked from the outside. Everything from check-in to checkout went smoothly.

Excellent place to stay

This place was comfortable, clean, and such a fun place to stay. Having a good mix of all ages staying it was nice to have the hot tub, ping pong table, and other games to play. It was very clean. It also is located in a great spot. I'm glad we were able to stay here!
