Location was perfect, especially with several small children, not even a block off the beach and pier, just a short walk to Main Street. And the elevator made toting luggage and children (even in strollers) very convenient. The unit itself was very comfortable and clean, we had zero issues and communication with the host was very good and informative. We will for sure be back.

It is a very nice place and super close to the beach. I loved the private elevator to our room. It was very clean. Only issue was a leak in the master bedroom window when it rained. The view from balcony was great, you could see yhe ocean and pier.

Very close to beach

Very convenient to restaurants and beach. Beautiful interior & plenty of room if you want to dine in. Elevator makes bringing in suitcases easy.

It was the perfect place to stay! Big space for friends and family. Restaurants are walking distance, the beach is so close. Instructions given to us were straight to the point.

Amazing, but loud and broken elevator

Our stay was mixed. We loved the condo and proximity to the beach. Truly amazing. But other residents and local neighbors kept us up until 2am with very loud noises from voices, car horns and music. We also experienced an outage of the elevator which caused a minor inconvenience upon our departure. Would not recommend for others with mobility issues.

Great location

The location cannot be beat. We had 5 kids 6 and under and were able to easily get to the beach/restaurants. The furniture is mostly glass (coffee table is giant glass not actually attached to the base) and the elevator cannot be locked off from being called up by a child touching the button. Floors needed scrubbed better before our baby could crawl around but otherwsie it was very clean. We had a minor issue with a door not opening correctly-no biggie- they fixed it about 5 mins after I called which was awesome. I've stayed in a lot of places and never had such a quick maintenence response. We would stay here again.

Summer 2023

First time to Tybee Island/Savannah...Such a Beautiful place. Rental was very nice except for 1 thing- the entry into the building was just not very accommodating- you had to have a key to get into the stairwell and a key to get into the garage and a key to use the elevator. With only having 1 set of keys- having adult children coming and going was a bit challenging. We have stayed at other places that had a key code for entry into the rental. It was so much easier. Overall ... the rental was very nice - great location...we had a good time.

It was amazing place to stay.

Property offer so many immunities that came with the rental. Which I was grateful for because that was less I had to back and bring.. The view was amazing.. I love how close it was to the beach to all places to eat and hang out and have fun with your family. Amazing price very spacious for such a low price just amazing! Thanks for welcoming my family with all you said it would be!
