This was the first time we've rented this home and we weren't disappointed. Walter (owner) was very clear conveying instructions and responded quickly to any questions. The house was cozy, clean and comfortable. Mini splits in every room for heat or AC. Plenty of outdoor seating and a quiet, safe area to take walks. The location was perfect (East Dennis) and we visited Setuit Harbor Cafe several times for yummy oysters. All in all we had a great week. Thank you Walter.

Quiet, great location just minutes from Mayflower Beach, great patio with firepit. One member had to work remotely a couple of days and the office space was perfect and private. Outdoor shower was a plus. Plenty of hot water.

Great house and location.

Stayed with my wife and two young children. Great location near beaches and restaurants. My daughter loved the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place

We had a great 3 night stay! It was convenient to where we needed to be traveling, quiet neighborhood, quick drive to the beach, and plenty big enough for our family of 4. Communicating with the owner was easy with quick responses. We’d definitely stay here again.

The property is amazing! Great room, very clean and centralto everything you can do on the cape. Mr Steinkrauss is also an excellent communicator and made sure to make our family feel as close to home as possible on the cape. 10/10, would stay again and i highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful spot with that northeastern feel to look very closely at this!

Perfect week in Dennis! The home has more space than expected. Or son had to work remotely for a few days and the room off the kitchen was perfect with the desk area and door for privacy. The outdoor seating area was very comfortable with beautiful furniture and fire pit. Loved the outdoor shower!
