Beautiful condo

Great properry, and location. Only issue we had. We booked for 1 night stay. After we booked 1 day before we arrived . We were told there would be an additional fee because on only renting for.ine night. This was not communicated before we signed the contract. This has happened couple times with vrbo.

Dear Kurt, this is unacceptable of you leaving this type of review on my listings after notifying you upfront in a phone call day’s before your arrival that we do not accept 1 day reservation because of the expense that are being made in order to accommodate guests it’s not profitable. You was offered the option to cancel before arrival or pay the additional cost, you than agree to pay the extra cost of USD 100.00 On top of that you’re stating that this has couple of times with Vrbo as if you had that experience multiple times by my property. Really unacceptable and disgraceful of you.

I was hesitant because I wasn’t familiar with the island but we loved this property it was so peaceful. The host was accommodating and we had great access to the resort. The property was clean and well maintained.
