Great location, everything was as listed. The check in process from the security guard and front desk was smooth. We highly recommend this location.

Perfect for family Disney trip!

Exactly as described, perfect for extended family of 12 on our trip to Disney. Well stocked kitchen, great configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms, pool was refreshing, good communications with host, so convenient to all things Disney! Would definitely stay here again!

The house needs updating, a lot of the electrical outlets in all the bathrooms did not work, toaster only had one side work, the doors on one of the bedrooms did not close and in the pantry in kitchen. When it gets colder in Orlando you have the temperature in the house way to low can not be changed, you have to reach out to the owner, which I will say got back to us pretty fast. It was 58 degrees!!! Warmer out side. Nice stay but very outdated with things broken or not working.

Family Christmas trip

Nice home and location, but it was not very clean, not nasty just dusty and needs several repairs around the house. Grill was super tiny and barely standing. But we still had a good time.

Look elsewhere

Although the host was very accommodating and responsive, I would warn against staying there. House was very dirty, fridge was leaking, one bed was broken, the house just needed a lot of attention and maintenance. We made the best of it and enjoyed the area. There were cars parked all over the road on the property even though it was supposedly not allowed and the streets were narrow and had many close calls with other cars.

Let me start by saying the property manager Trina was OUTSTANDING. She was quick to respond to messages, even after hours. She followed up to ensure our stay was satisfactory. The property is located in a gated community. Upon our initial check-in, the security officer on duty seemed agitated and wasn't very useful. The property needs several upgrades to the furniture, especially the beds. The master bathroom had what appeared to be lizard droppings all across the base of the window. The shower appeared dirty and old. The shower head is the master bedroom was old and didn't have much water pressure. The property lacked adequate kitchen cookware. The oven was inadequate for cooking a large item like a turkey for the holidays. The screen door to the pool was damaged at the bottom where animals could enter. Basically, the owner needs to invest some of their profits to upgrade the amenities in the home.

Not what we spected.

Our experience with this rental was not satisfactory. The house was not clean, there was dust everywhere. One of the beds broke the first night we arrived. They came to fix it and it broke again. Not enough towels, not enough pillows and all the bedding was DIRTY and smelled. We have stayed at this neighborhood befored and we like the area and proximity to the parks ans shops, but unfortunately the house was not well suited for guest.
