We have 55 plus photos of the home, and a great video! Emerald island resort has exceptional amenities for the days not at the parks.

We include free pool ( 86 ) and spa ( 101) heat in all reservations - no added on charge. The resort pool and hot tub is heated year round.

Our pool has a child safety fence.

We accept pets $30 a day and covers up to 2 pets. Check off pet when booking.

The garage is a games room - Table tennis, air hockey, and foosball table.

For your safety we have a key-less coded door entry - allowing you to drive directly to the property so you do not need to check in at an office, and no Keys needed.

We offer 3 or 4 burner BBQ rentals - this is an extra cost, and not included in the booking quote.

We continue to offer the cancelation policy of RELAXED by the site. Cancel prior to 14 days of arrival and you get a full refund.

This 6 bedroom home (All bedrooms have smart TV’s in each room),have all bedding and towels provided, including pool towels and sleeps 15 in bedrooms (plus 2 on sofabed and 2 pack and plays) is located in Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, Florida - a premier gated community with onsite 24/7 security and helpful club house staff. Our guests have access to the Resort club house amenities - Fitness room, tennis, Pickle ball, volley room, sauna, a steam room, video arcade, and a casual lounge with free wifi.

The resort has a Year round HEATED resort pool and spa with a licensed tiki bar with pool side food. Perhaps you want a break from your own private pool and enjoy the resort amenities.
The resort has family nights - movies on Fridays, bingo, social evenings. Check the club house upon arrival for schedules.

There are 2 kids play areas - see photos - one in walking distance of the house - Wooded nature walk.

RESORT EV CHARING AVAILABLE TO ALL GUESTS. This is an amenity of the resort and you pay them direct.

THE RESORT REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO REGISTER ALL VEHICLES FOR GATE ACCESS, AND ACCESS TO THE RESORT FACILITIES. MICHELLE WILL SEND INFO SO YOU CAN DO THIS ONLINE, PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, FOR EASE - PLEASE NOTE EACH VEHICLE HAS A ONE TIME $20 FEE.

OUR PROPERTY:
The pool area is fully screened, so you can enjoy bug free in the evenings - we have patio dining and loungers. Enjoy an evening in the spa after long days at the parks. The home is spacious, fully equipped, for all group members to relax, enjoy family time, or perhaps are working from home / have online education, utilizing the high speed wifi.

Grocery stores provide deliveries to the house as do restaurants and Amazon etc.

EXTRA DETAILS ON THE BEDROOM SET UP:
Four bedrooms accommodate couples - so 8 guests.Then we have 2 bedrooms each with bunk beds - The first bunk room has a queen on the bottom and a queen above. The second bunk room has 3 twin beds so these two rooms accommodate 6 guests . All have mattresses that are for adults, not the thin bunk bed style. This takes the count to 15 guests sleeping in bedrooms.
We can allow 2 children on the loft/Den full sized sofa pull out, ( a 3 seater and 2 seater sectional sofa)and there are two baby pack and plays available, plus high chairs.

The KITCHEN is well stocked for all meal preparation, along with new appliances, a keurig and drip coffee maker, plus crock pot for easy meal prep. The kitchen has an easy flow design with large central island accommodating 6 bar stools - great for the kids to snack at, or dine or do an activity - whilst you prepare meals.

There is a large separate formal dinging area that seats 8 and a second living area furnished with comfortable seating - a nice area to relax and unwind, if some of your group needs some down time.

There is a 1/2 bathroom for all to use thru the day on this lower level.

The main master has a king bed is spacious and is ensuite. It is the only bedroom on the entry level - the bathroom has lots of natural light, a walk in shower, corner tub, and vanity. The master walk in closet is spacious, if you wished to use it as a place for a crib/baby to sleep - that works well as it has its own AC vent.

The stairway takes you to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a loft/den with sofas/tv etc. An open balcony allows you to look down on the central living area and kitchen.
