Dedicated smoking areas are provided outside of the homes. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The private and exterior street side, entry gate and open parking areas are video recorded. Based on rental periods "Construction related activities" may be occurring at the street side of the property.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return the following items to small garage shelf: House Keys (2), Mailbox Key (1), Garage Remotes (2), Entry gate Remotes (2). Lost keys or remotes will incur a replacement charge of $50.00/each.
Home and Garage should be left in the same general condition as when you moved in. A walk-through may be scheduled, or it will be conducted after your departure to review condition and inventory.
Empty and wipe down cabinets, closets & drawers. Empty all trash cans, remove all food from refrigerator/pantry. Sweep lanais/patios (including basement) and wipe down exterior tables and chairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We rented this condo as lodging for our employees while they worked on a construction project. Jeff and Jaime were great to work with as we extended our stay several times. The condos were well equipped and convenient to Pearl Harbor. I highly recommend the property.

Our guys had the luxury of staying in this beautiful home while on island for an extend work project! From the littlest thing such as wifi connection, to door locking behind them… Mr. & Mrs Long went above and beyond for us while at their beautiful home! We have such a big spot in our heart for them and their wonderful hospitality to our crew (bunch of stinky construction workers) :-) they were wonderful to not only me when I was asking for anything from a break down of fees to making me a spreadsheet for my Big Boss’ to making sure the guys had everything they needed as well! Thank you Jeff and Jamie from the bottom of my BIG TEXAS heart! You are heaven sent and I hope to one day meet you both in person to give you a hug but for now I hope this review will suffice!
