Walk out level home on sought after Lake Minnetonka. Quiet property with lots of wild life viewing. Sit on the back deck and enjoy the gorgeous sunrise!

Beautifully and comfortably decorated 3 bedroom with 2 with brand new kitchen Jan 2019 and updated bathrooms available for short term and long term rental. 2 family rooms with plenty of gorgeous views of the lake. 2022 fully remodeled basement Tons of windows and tons of natural light!

Master bedroom has 1 king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom , and the third bedroom has a Queen size bed with an additional full bed on lower bunk and a single on top bunk bed.
Guest access
Bring your toys or rent on the lake. Pontoon rentals on the bay and wave runners. Dock available in August and September.
Snowmobiling on the lake and Great ice fishing in the bay.

If you plan to have more then allotted guests in the home, you must get approval before. This is not a good place for a frat party!! Absolutely NO pets allowed. Because this is a 2nd home it has EXTERIOR cameras on the premise. During the summer months there is a dock in with 2 dock slips. One is rented out to another family in the neighborhood. If you plan on a bringing a boat please message me to make sure your boat can be accommodated in other slip.
