Stoney Hollow - private, pet friendly, two bedroom in Valle Crucis!

Welcome to Stoney Hollow! This dog friendly, mountain home is tucked away in the quiet hills of Valle Crucis.

Stoney Hollow features two bedrooms, both Queen beds on the main floor and features a day bed with trundle on the lower level.
The open concept family room features a gas fireplace and TV. The full kitchen has a Keurig and drip coffee maker, microwave, and fully stocked for all your cooking and dining needs. There is a full bath on the main floor just steps from the open living room and kitchen.

You'll find an additional game room with a TV, game table and video game console down the steps on the lower level. Perfect hideaway for kids or teens during your visit.
- please be aware that the ceiling in the downstairs game room is low. Those going down into this room will have low headroom on the stairs.

Stoney Hollow is fully equipped with all linens, dishes, kitchen utensils and washer/dryer.

The location is only ten minutes to Boone and just a short drive to Blowing Rock and Banner Elk. You are minutes to the Original Mast General Store and the Mast Store Annex as well as the Valle Crucis Park. No matter the season, Stoney Hollow will be the end of your search for your perfect mountain getaway!

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home allows one mature, well-trained dog with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs. A second dog may be permitted with permission by owner.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
