This beautifully decorated 3 bedrooms 2 full baths is only 2 miles from ASU. Close to all highways and few miles from old Scottsdale, Cubs practice field, and hiking trails. This town home is equipped with all you need to feel at home. The place includes 2 covered parkings. There is a small pool in the community. The place is quite and family friendly.
