About this property

A+Gem in a GREAT location!!! Includes clubhouse w/ heated pool, gym, pickleball!

Centrally located and just minutes away from ASU, Scottsdale, Phoenix, spring training and surrounding Valley. only 10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Located in the heart of Tempe with easy access to shopping, golf, hiking, mountain biking, professional sports, and casinos.
Enjoy the charming ambience of my newly remodeled home. Sip your coffee while the fountain gurgles and the hummingbirds play. Take a walk in my neighborhood and you will see young couples pushing strollers, older couples walking hand-in-hand, and the delightful sound of children laughing and playing. My home is in a very safe community.
My goal is to offer guests a 5-star experience choosing high quality linens, mattresses, sheets, and pillows. In the living room and each of the three bedrooms there is a Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Sling.... just to name a few.
The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, bullet blender, filtered water and ice. Single-car garage, plus 1 assigned spot in parking lot available for your use.
Kids and babies? I have you covered! Pack and play, toys, puzzles and games, everything you will need to have your family covered.
My home is internet / Wi-Fi ready and I have 24 hour check in with a Smart Lock

Kelly was so welcoming & fun. She happened to be at the house when we arrived and gave us a quick tour including how to use the various remotes, easiest path to the clubhouse and gave us permission to use any of the kitchen staples. She was great!The downstairs is perfect for 2 couples or a small family. The dining area & the TV area were particularly well laid out. The patio would have been great but it was unusually hot while we were there.

Kelly is definitely a five star host. Very helpful, and responsive. We were pleasantly surprised to find we had immediate access to a number of streaming services on the TVs. She also provides hotel style amenities, such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each shower. There was also a basket full of small packaged items on the master bath vanity, such as soap, Q-tips, earplugs, lotions, etc. Very well stocked kitchen with regard to utensils, cookware, and dishes. The condo is very comfortable and in an excellent location for easy access to highways to explore the area, and many nearby grocery stores, drugstores, and restaurants. The community clubhouse is very nice, and offers a lot of activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Tempe vacation

Kelly’s home was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with all we needed, small private outside sitting area was great and multiple restaurants were within a 10-12 minute walk.

Great property!

The house was excellent. 3 of us stayed and went to a bunch of spring training games and we couldn’t have been in a better location. Kelly was a great host who went out of her way to accommodate us. I would absolutely stay again and recommend this property to everyone!

Not your typical impersonal rental & great communication!

This site had everything we needed & more. LOVED my morning time in the patio, the ice machine & personal decor! Host was beyond accomodating & very prompt with replying to my questions. It's in a complex - the neighborhood is quiet, safe & clean. Steve's Espresso is a great coffee place in walking (1 mile) distance. Would definitely stay again!

Wouldn't change a thing.

Our stay was wonderful, and we were completely satisfied with the accomodations and hospitality of our host, Kelly. The home is very well stocked with amenities, and was very kid-friendly for our 3 year old. We will certainly try to stay here again the next time we are visiting.

Well appointed gem in Tempe

Kelly’s spacious condo has everything you need for a getaway to the Tempe/Scottsdale area. Plenty of room for 3-6 grownups with comfy beds and nice amenities. Location is within ‘The Lakes’ community and close to restaurants, bars, shopping, and golf. Can’t wait to plan our next trip to Tempe. Maybe even bring the wives this time!

Our family came out to AZ to pickup our Sun Devil and bring him home for break. The weather was great, the house was everything we could need or want! Kelly was awesome to work with, we didn't need anything extra but she checked in and was really friendly! We will definitely stay there again some time.

A Beautiful Month in a Beautiful Place

Fabulous place. Great location. Meticulous. Best of all, our 'Super Host' hit it out of the ballpark taking care of every last detail. VRBO needs to create a new category of excellence for going above and beyond - like the Host's Hall of Fame to recognize the warmth and hospitality of Kelly.

Great location, very comfortable stay

Condo is very easy to get to, neighborhood is quiet. Place is spacious so we were all able to decompress from our day without being crammed in together. Master bed was very comfortable, so much I had to ask what it was. We've stayed in plenty of rentals, I was very happy that 3 bedrooms really meant 3 bedrooms. Some try to pass a livingroom sofa bed as a bedroom. All rooms had beds and kitchen was stocked. I'd definitely stay again.

What a cheery place!

I cannot tell you how kind the owner is! She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I knew where to go shopping for college AZ clothes. She offered some personal activity items in case we wanted to do an activity on one of our days. The condo is in a great location and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the large park practically across the street. So wonderfully decorated, it was very comfortable and loved the boho decor. We actually found one chair so comfortable we ordered one for our home! Close to ASU and malls, restaurants, etc.. Looking forward to staying at this little gem again soon. There is a common pool close by which is quite large and no one was there when we went. Thank you for your hospitality all the way around 10+ stars, and then some.
