The location was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we were close to a grocery store. We were just a short walk to the free trolley which took us to Little Havana! The property itself is very well maintained. We loved the backyard space as well!

If you’re looking for a family-friendly house in a family-friendly neighborhood, this is it! Our first time in Miami, with our sons ages 3 and 5 in tow. The house is perfect and has everything you could possibly need. Quiet neighborhood, felt perfect for a family, right by Coral Gables. We went to Coral Gables or Coconut Grove every day, quick drives. We also went to Key Biscayne, Biscayne National Park, and the Everglades and nothing was more than an hour away. Everything about the house was exactly as pictured and described. Yayne is the perfect hostess, so friendly and helpful and responsive. We had a perfect week here! Enjoy! :)

Very cute house with an awesome backyard!! Wish we actually had more time on the trip to just relax at the house. Only negative was the hottub was not hot and was a bit old (rusted hardware). More directions for using the technology and backyard lights would also be helpful, but otherwise we would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again.

Nice and cozy place

The place was nice, cozy and very clean. Comfortable beds, kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood and centrally located. Would definitely consider to stay over again on my next trip to Miami.

The house was cozy…everything was clean and neat. This renter was very good about answering any questions and fulfilling our needs. Especially nice was there were some basic staples in the house..coffee, creamer, sweetener and sugar and some spices. Many of the places we’ve stayed do not provide these things. Check in and check out sere streamlined and easy. I would recommend staying at this home which is central to shopping, groceries, restaurants and the University of Miami( about a 15-20 minute drive)

The house was beautiful and the backyard was incredible! The owner was so nice and answered all additional questions I had. She even left a bottle of wine for us as we were celebrating a wedding! It was so thoughtful and above and beyond!

Cute little home

This was a couples trip and we had a blast. Quiet neighborhood, not to far from alot of places. Host was amazing and really easy to get a hold of. We would definitely rent again. The home was great!!

The place was clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Location is great. Close to the airport too. Good communication with the host. We appreciate the welcoming bottle of wine and little details around the house that made the stay comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
