Comfy home for the holidays

We stayed here for our first time in Nashville. We loved the space in the home—(with 4 adults and 3 kids) the beds, the location, and the easy parking and access to the house were appreciated. The park a block away was perfect for walks and the home owner was accessible with questions or comments.

This property is not in a good area. Neighborhood did not feel safe. The police were at another neighbors home for what appeared to be a domestic dispute when we arrived. The parking situation is very poor. The photos are a bit misleading- I advise you look at street view. Host was very kind and accommodating but rate is far too high for the part of town this is in. Also not convenient to any real tourist destinations we went to do. Would not book again due to location.

We do want to gently clarify that the neighborhood is generally safe and family-friendly. I have personally lived here for the past 10 years with my family, including my young kids and our dog, and have always felt comfortable. Situations involving police are very rare, and what you experienced appears to have been an isolated incident that was unfortunately outside of our control. We also strive to be transparent in our listing and encourage guests to review the location details and surrounding area ahead of booking, as preferences for neighborhoods can vary. Your feedback regarding parking and photos is noted, and we will continue to look for ways to improve clarity for future guests. Golf & Nashville Music

The house is very well laid out making very good use of the space. Area is a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to downtown and area golf courses that it worked out very well for our group. Highly recommend to anyone needing multiple bedrooms to accommodate large groups.

Overall, we enjoy the home. The only negatives are the furniture and the outdoors area … the sofa and love seat didn’t appear to have been cleaned under the cushions in quite a while. Food and a small bottle of liquor was in the sofa. That made we wonder how clean other areas would be. The backyard wasn’t large enough to play a game of corn hole. But it is a nice location and easy to get where we needed to go.

The home was spotless and fit the needs of our family well. I highly recommend this rental and would love to visit again. Beds were most comfortable and there were plenty supplies, the kitchen is well stocked.
