The Location was outstanding! We were within minutes of downtown and Broadway. Also, great views of downtown Nashville, especially from rooftop! The house needs a few repairs, but our host was on top of it.

Excellent location making both the Gulch area and Broadway very walkable. Plenty of room for 8 adults, and the rooftop was a great place to end each evening.

Cool house. Great location. Rooftop overlooking downtown is a great place to hang out. Best rooftop set up of any of the houses in the development. Property manager was engaged and made everything easy.

Great place. Location is very good. We walked to the Gulch in 7-10 minutes. 5 minute Uber drive to Broadway. We had 10 adults stay there & had lots of room. Each bedroom has their own bathroom.

Property as advertised. Very clean, easy check in process. Great location. Owner very easy to work with. Plenty of room for our group of eight people. Lots of space to gather when together. Lots of stairs which is fine if group does not have mobility issues.

Great view close to downtown

Great place! Owner was very great if we had any problems. Beautiful modern home with lots of room and roof top is awesome with good views! Be prepared for stairs. But definitely worth it!
