Listen to the surf as you enjoy the awesome views from the front porch. What better place to start a family tradition?! Screened porch on the creekside with seating to watch the sunset or you can venture to the marsh and enjoy fishing and crabbing from the shared creek dock. The oceanfront porch also has seating to watch the kids frolic on the beach and watch the sunrise from the oceanfront sun deck. Views from each side of the home! Inside, enjoy all the modern comforts of home: Large A/C Wall Unit in Living Room, WiFi, cable TV, and a cozy living room for swapping stories of your Pawleys Island adventures at the end of the day. This unit shares a washer and dryer, located on the ground level. No Pets. No Smoking.
