Loving Nashville

Location was close to downtown and had a bathroom in every bedroom which my 4 teens loved. Coffee shop/bar in walking distance. Loved the location, Loved Our Trip.

The condo was very clean & easy to find. They also provided information for affordable transportation which was very convenient. About 15-20 min ride to Downtown. Would absolutely stay here again.

Bachelorette Party

We absolutely LOVED the house there was enough bathrooms and beds for all the girls. The house was close enough to restaurants and coffee shop. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home, great host

The house is fun, well decorated, and quiet. While the kitchen is not quite fully stocked if you wanted to do any decent cooking (we just made breakfasts), the rest of the house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bedrooms each having their own bathroom is a huge plus. Host was helpful and pleasant throughout.

Nashville getaway

Nice property in a great location. Everything is as advertised & we had no surprises. Owner was quick to respond to inquiries. Plenty of space for a larger group & the unit was stocked with all the basic amenities we needed. Easy access to great restaurants, stores, shops, Broadway, & everything Nashville has to offer!

Nashville Vacation

I loved Nashville! This location was perfect for our family. More beds than we needed. But we loved that there was a bathroom for every bedroom. We drove 2 cars but we caught a lyft for most our trips downtown.

Vrbo for bachelor/bachelorette party

This was a very nice Vrbo to stay in that accommodated all 12 of our party perfectly. The listing when we booked it was originally wrong and said it was two condos combined when it really was only one. The Vrbo was decently clean however the showers/bathrooms weren’t cleaned as well as the rest of the house. Overall it was a very nice stay here.

All good. Charles was a great host. Very accommodating and helpful. I had too many questions and he answered them all. I loved that the house had a bathroom in every bedroom and the ladys loved that there was a full size mirror in the house. The coffee shop/bar next to the homes was too nice to be so close. We had to pry our selves away so we could see Nashville.

Needs to be cleaned more. Alot of things need cleaned. And have alot of spots on walls. Found a big roach in the bathroom as soon as we got there. Bathrooms were dirty with not enough towels on two floors.

Pros: The location was wonderful and the space was great with bathrooms attached to each room. Plenty of space on the 3rd floor for the kids. Kitchen plates/bowl were plentiful.Cons: We had an ongoing issue with the lock to get into the unit. The keypad wouldn't work from the outside until you tried it about 10 times. Once you lock from the inside you cannot unlock easily - it takes about 10-15 minutes. This was difficult when we got home late with young kids who were tired and we couldn't unlock the door for 10-15 minutes. The garage space is very tight.The bottom floor bedroom had a strong urine smell. I'm not sure if it was an animal or human...messaged the host but he did not respond. We would have moved to another room if we had an empty room. The house seemed like it had hosted a lot of people, lots of scuff marks on the walls and bathroom baseboard were pretty dirty. Surface level, the unit was clean but it needs a good deep cleaning and fresh paint. The kitchen pan was so burnt and dirty. The unit needs a few new pots/pans.The fire alarm battery started dying the last night and woke us up with the high-pitched beeping "low battery announcement" at 3 am. My husband removed the battery and it kept beeping so he had to disconnect it. That was a nuisance.
