Everything we needed in the kitchen was available , loved the entire house.. windows to see all around property.. loved having windows in the bedroom open at night for fresh air. loved being able to talk walks with my pet.. Felt very safe. and the outdoor Dog fenced in area was a great touch..

Excellent stay!

We loved our stay at the house! Josh was incredibly communicative with us throughout our stay, and the house was perfect for us. The backyard is very spacious. Quiet and safe neighborhood, that is conveniently located as well. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay

Stayed here with a group and can’t say enough good things about the house. It was clean and well appointed, with plenty of towels in every room and extra hygiene products in the bathrooms. The open layout downstairs and kitchen met all of our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Great family house

We had a great time staying here while in town to visit family. It had everything we needed. The rooms were well stocked, everything was clean and worked well. The yard and neighborhood were very nice.

Amazing Place to Stay

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. We had a group of 7 friends and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together and have their own spaces. The backyard is large amd secluded. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Home away from home

This house was exactly what my family needed to all get together for the holidays. Clean, well-stocked, and exactly as advertised. Host went the extra mile and had some holiday decorations setup for us to make it truly feel like we were coming home. Will definitely book again.

My family of six adults were extremely impressed and grateful to arrive at this comfortable, lovely home after a long day in airports. The living room is perfect for anyone who wanted a little peace and quiet. We had a lot of laughs watching TV in the family room and kitchen which is bright and well equipped. Thank you, Josh, for the coffee/tea bar. My family also enjoyed using the dining room. Loved the mixture of refinished antique furniture. All 5 bedrooms were quiet, comfortable, cool, and very clean. 3 bathrooms were also bright and clean. Some of us enjoyed the back patio and the piano. Perfect. Downingtown Trip

We had a pleasant time at the house. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had many extras. We enjoyed the coffee and tea. There were games for both indoors and out. Playing the piano was a treat. We'd stay there again.

Great neighborhood, plenty of room.

We just spent three nights at this location and found the house to be clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with some essentials. The area is in close proximity to grocery and convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants. It has a large backyard with some yard games available as well. I was very pleased with our stay and would definitely book again if in the area. Thanks to our hosts! M

It was so nice to check in to Josh's home. Felt like a home to us. Every comfort was thought of, every detail we could need or want was there for our use from a forgotten toothbrush to games and more . Property near to Marsh creek lake with boating and park. Lot of stores nearby. Property is very well updated and very clean. Host is nice and very responsive. Area is super safe and nice. In summary, fantastic experience. Only minor suggestion is to upgrade landscaping to make it perfect..

This property is just as it looks. Plenty of space for a family of 5 to come back to and relax after a busy day sight-seeing. We absolutely LOVED this neighborhood. It's so quiet and well-kept. Love that they have kept nature incorporated & given each house a unique look instead of completely clearing the land and making cookie-cutter houses.
