HOA restricted neighborhood , so no large gathering, no party
HOUSE RULES
***NO SMOKING INSIDE
***NO PARTY
***MAX CAPACITY IS 10 people, at all times at the house. If you exceed, we will charge $60 per person per night between 3pm and 11am.
***24/7 SECURITY CAMERAS POLICY:
NO CAMERAS INSIDE HOME but 2 cameras inside garage , 7 cameras OUTSIDE , 1 front door, 1 back door, 2 driveway, 1 outside gate , 1 right side, 1 left side of the house. All outside cameras can actively 24/7 record sounds, photos, videos.
We ONLY place camera devices in public, common areas such as garage, EXTERIOR boundary, front entrance door, back exit door, driveway, gates , left-right sides of the house , etc , for safety.
We NEVER/ DO NOT place cameras in your private bedrooms. EACH CAMERA FLASHES TO PUBLICLY INFORM YOU THAT THE PUBLIC AREA IS 24/7 RECORDING.

We apologize the inconvenience but our staff did bring more than what you needed for your stay. We believe we serviced you the best of our capability , more than reasonable, and timely delivered .
If you were honest about having 2 dogs, our staff would not question because our house is a new construction house, we listed clearly NO PET on the listing description .
We thought you are a good guest but turned out not. You left this untruthful negative review . You know what , we have many luxury houses in this short term market and reputated in Houston. Please do not try another chance to book us, we will not be willing to host you and your family.
