This modern home is a perfect getaway for a vacation with family and friends. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and can sleep up to 10. Located on a quiet street off of Texas Avenue, you can easily get to shopping and events around town. This adorable, stylish place has a large backyard and would be perfect for lawn games or entertaining. You can find HEB grocery a block away, Big Shots golf within a 5 minute drive, and the University is approx a mile away.

This cute house was in a great location for the softball tournament we came in for. There is an HEB basically next door for all groceries and super easy access to Texas Ave. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We were very happy with our stay.

The host was extremely accommodating and awesome with messaging and answering any questions I had. We were in town for a wedding and she made our stay extremely easy. Everything was clean and well organized. The back yard was lovely. I highly recommend the property.

This place smelled very musky. It also took hours for the ac to get cool enough to be comfortable. I called the number Page provided to report this issue but never got a return phone call. The shower curtain in the shared bathroom was filthy. The return air conditioner vent in the hallway was so dirty could have been the cause of the ac issue. The commode in the master bedroom bathroom ran constantly. The bed frame on the bed in master bedroom is broken.

Overall stay was good, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Just a few details that need to be looked into, the lockbox to get the key gave us some problems at check in and check out. Also the handwritten WiFi password in the fridge was not clearly written, we had to contact host and he was quick to respond. Also prior to the stay I had inquired about extra fans ( not ceiling fans) based on reviews I read about some rooms being hot. I think in the summer, some extra stand up fans, would be helpful at night ( as an option) in some of the rooms. Overall it was a good stay, we were only there late night and morning as we were there to move our daughter in to her townhome.

The house was clean and easy to access from the main road. Additional, there were plenty of close by restaurants and grocery stores and shops. The host was responsive and polite and also provided a late check out so that I could shower after running my race (BCS Marathon). I would definitely stay there again if traveling to Bryan/College Station.

Fantastic Bungalow

The house and fenced in backyard were perfect for dogs and children! The interior was very comfortable and impeccably decorated. The location was perfect for our visit to Santas Wonderland!

Perfect landing space

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and this home had everything we needed. A full stocked kitchen, laundry room and plenty of space to relax after a long day at the ball park.
