Modern Desert Oasis is a brand-new luxury home designed for large groups and memorable stays. Comfortably sleeping up to 25 guests, this home offers the perfect balance of space, style, and relaxation.

The highlight of the home is the private outdoor living area. Enjoy the heated pool and above-ground hot tub, relax under the covered patio with misting system, practice your putting on the private green, or gather around the firepit table in the evenings.

Inside, the open-concept layout is ideal for spending time together. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen features Bosch appliances, a large center island with seating for six, and a butler’s pantry with extra storage and a Keurig. The dining table seats ten, and the sitting room offers an oversized sectional, gas fireplace, and large Smart TV.

The home includes 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. There are three private King bedrooms and three bunk rooms, making it a great setup for families and groups.

Primary Suite – King Bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. The luxurious wet bathroom features dual rain showers and a soaking tub.

Additional amenities include a laundry room with washer and dryer, tankless water heaters ensure hot water for everyone, easy access parking with a 2-car garage and oversized driveway, and space for trailers (no street parking).

When you`re ready to dry off, the fun continues in our luxurious clubhouse. Challenge your friends in the arcade, perfect your swing in the golf simulator, or unwind in one of our private cabanas or soothing spas. Our on-site restaurant offers delicious food and drinks, so you don`t have to leave the fun.

Regarding general access, your reservation includes 12 complimentary wristbands per day for access to the resort`s shared facilities. These can be picked up at the Amenities front desk, and a signed waiver is required. Additional wristbands may be purchased at the front desk.

During the waterpark`s off-season (November 1 - January 31), the clubhouse will remain open. Guests will still have access to the arcade, golf simulator, cabanas, and spas. Seasonal hours can change; please contact the property management company for any questions.
A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required. This community is less than a 5-minute drive to Sand Hollow State Park. Due to the close proximity, sand is unavoidable. Despite our constant maintenance, there will be sand outside the home, on the patios, and in the pool/spa. This home is NOT pet friendly.
