The host was very kind and welcoming, and the house was exactly as described in the listing. The only area that could use improvement is the cleanliness, as it was not quite up to expectations. Overall, we appreciated the host’s kindness and the accuracy of the listing

Great little place that is out of reach of traffic issues. This was a place for us to sleep at night so we were not on the property a lot all week. Owners were really nice and attentive.

Unique West Palm Beach property

The Golden Alligator was one of the most interesting homes we have rented on VRBO. Mai and Eric have made very creative and thoughtful upgrades to this 1920s era home. The bedrooms were very comfortable with high quality linens which made for restful nights. The home is located about five minutes from PBI airport and a similar drive to downtown and Rosemary Square..

Little Hidden Treasure

This was the cutest little house from the outside to the inside. Every detail was thought of when decorating. Very very clean, the softest beds and sheets. This is a must stay if visiting West Palm. Minutes from everything. Eric and Mai were the sweetest host and were there if we needed anything. Do yourself a favor and stay here! Plenty of room for a family. We’ll stay again! Thanks for everything!
