February stay

My friend and I spent the month of February at the home. It is exactly as depicted in photos, very neat and clean, comfortable beds. Hosts were very responsive to all of our needs, quickly answering any questions we had and providing maintenance people when needed. The neighborhood is quiet and the park at the end of the street is nice, with other parks and Manatee Lagoon nearby. Ocean Reef Park, on Singer Island, has a lovely beach and is a short drive away. MacArthur State Park, also on Singer Island, is a beautiful spot for a short hike and a lovely day kayaking or sitting at a quiet beach.

Convenient location to Singer Island, airport, and activities. Less than 1000' to the water. Bathrooms and kitchens were well stocked and had necessary amenities. Beds were average. Bedrooms were in need of faux blinds due to streetlights. Would stay again.

We had a great stay. Isaac is a great host, very responsive and let us check out a little later to match our trip to the airport. The house was clean and well-stocked: all kitchen, coffee/tea & beach trip supplies! Beds were comfortable. Front porch has furniture and overhead fans & is a great spot to spend time. Closets had room for your stuff too & were clean!
