Secure and convenient

Everything was as advertised. Handicap accessible with elevator and good security. Never had to wait for more than a minute to grab a trike on street outside building to go anywhere in town. Laundry service down the street and very inexpensive. Hot shower and cold air con, important for me. Only slight negative for me was the firm mattress which is a matter of taste.

Overall standard basic accommodations No frills No Wi-Fi that I could see No trash bags for garbage One roll tissue—- the Philippines As with all rooms I have leased in this condo complex, a certain amount of cockroaches like to party at night Good meetup with owner rep for keys Good contact with owner on vrbo site
