It’s not only a very nice place and location, but the manager is very kind, co and accommodating, so much so, that I told him anytime I’m in Dumaguete his place would be my first choice from here on out. And again, the place is really nice and in a prime location and the place was super clean. Thank you, Mike for making our stay such a joyous and pleasant one! You will see me again. Thanks for your hospitality, it was truly appreciated!

Guard did not know about my reservation, was not able to locate it. Tried reaching out to host through Vrbo, no response until over 3 hrs later after I had left to find a room for the night. Unacceptable!

This is simply a lie. We tried to contact the guest upfront, no response, Then he tried to get past the guards to check in early while the unit was being cleaned. I tried to call him, he didn't pick up, then we went there at 2PM regular check in time to sort this out and welcome him but the guest didn't show up. Very unpleasant experience.
