It’s a beautiful house in a new neighborhood. The location was beautiful, right on the fjord, only 10 minutes from downtown Akureyri. We cooked one night, pretty well stocked kitchen, could use a few potholders. We couldn’t figure out the cold plunge, but the hot tub and sauna were great. Views from the hot tub are amazing. Our only complaint was there were a lot of flies, no screens on windows, and it’s prime fly season apparently. No kidding, we killed more than 100 in 2 days. A fly swattter would be nice at the house. Great house. Host was responsive. There an iPad behind the dining room table attached to the wall with house information. We found it the second day.
