Wind Drift North 413! Orange Beach East - stunning!

Welcome to Wind Drift 413 North! Well located 3/4 mile east of the Perdido Pass and next to the Ono Island bridge. Only 1 mile west of Flora-Bama. The best of both worlds- balcony overlooking the Old River/ Ono Island and in the front, a nice view of the Gulf of Mexico. This recently renovated 2/2 condo unit sleeps 6, has all new California King and Full bed and a Queen bed as well. Renovations include new furniture, rugs, appliances, other fixtures, and all new showers/tub.. The main living area has a large flat screen and dining table for 4 and the bar sits 4 as well. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s with Dish TV. This unit is directly across the street-700 feet, from the pretty white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There are two pools (with restrooms) with full access, as the gulf side has two Wind Drift towers. This condo is a gem and you will love the 4th floor river balcony, with stunning sunsets and river traffic that is fun to watch! The balcony can seat 6 for watching eating and relaxing. There is a pier for fishing and a private sand beach. Other amenities are a grill and newly renovated tennis/pickle ball/shuffleboard court. There are 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a beach wagon for your use.
Please book this lovely unit and enjoy the best of Orange Beach. The grounds are well lit at night and gated for your safety.

Auto: Each auto- 2 maximum per unit - will pay a registration fee of $62.50 for each 7 days. Additional days will be extra. Guest will be responsible for direct pay to the gate vendor. A link will be sent to you via email or text 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Any traveler will need to provide a photo id. Be aware that guests are fully responsible for registration and payment to the vendor.

For Boaters-

We have a one of a kind boat parking lot, private launch and 26 new boat slips/ pier. You will have to go to Waves Management in Gulf Shores to check the boat in prior to your arrival. The fee is $60 per day or $370 per week to include a decal. As owners- we have a one time $100 fee to be paid prior to arrival. You MUST register a minimum of 7 days in advance- sooner the better.There are really only a few other places in our area with this unique setup. Best to contact owner after booking.

Spring Break

We love the property and working with Linda has been awesome! She’s a great host with a beautiful property! It’s definitely the best of both worlds with the beach a bay both very convenient. We will be coming back next year!

Great location

Beautiful view of Old River and Ono Island. Great host, very communicative. This property is a bargain in any case, but I think If you are bringing a trailered boat this would be especially hard to beat.

Bill & Linda, our hosts, made everything perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed our stay immensely while we were there and would highly recommend looking into booking your next condo/vacation with this particular unit/hosts. As for us, we will definitely be staying here again in the future.
