I definitely recommend staying at this property. It was super convenient to the University of Tennessee. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. An added plus is the amazing hot tub in the back yard. We would stay here again!

This is our third time staying at this property and we always have a great time. The house is perfect for our needs. We love the outside, sitting area with the fire pit and hot tub. Also love being close to the UT campus.

Fantastic place to stay! Beautiful decor, well stocked with everything we needed, immaculately clean. The sleeper sofa was missing, but the owner informed us it was being fixed. We would definitely stay here again, and I wish vrbo homes everywhere were this nice!

This is the cutest house! The pictures are spot on. It was spotless and they had everything you would need to accommodate. I have a 3 year old grandson that absolutely adored the “playroom”. They were very responsive to my question, and would highly recommend this place! If the opportunity presents itself, I will definitely stay again!!

Great with kids

Great stay with kids. We had a 3 yo and 5 yo with us and they LOVED the playhouse. Everything we needed was there which was so convenient. It was well taken care of and comfortable.

It was perfect!

I come to Knoxville several times throughout the spring and summer to visit family. I have never found a place to stay that I had a great experience and would stay at more than once. My kids and I absolutely LOVED this place. I will be staying here every trip from now on!
