Very clean and spacious! Super cute condo. However, the street lights from the street above shine directly on to the bed, all night long. Make sure to pack an eye mask. If you’re planning to cook meals at home, make sure to bring your own pots and pans. The Brewery across the street is delicious.
Great space, walking distance to downtown. Great restaurant/brewery across the street. Adjacent to the road and train were negatives, but didn't impact the experience too much.
We really enjoyed our stay and thought the loft itself was incredible. It was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful visit. A couple of things future guests may want to know: there is no free street parking during the day, and vehicles must be moved to a lot about two blocks away overnight (8:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.). Also, the view from the windows wasn't quite what we expected, as it overlooks a bridge and an area where some unsheltered individuals were staying. The traffic noise was not an issue for us, though. Overall, the loft was fantastic, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable place to stay.
A beautiful condo within walking distance of Market Square and the rest of downtown. Great communication with host. Has all amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

This place is really cool. Very modern in an old historic building. Loved the cool vibe. Lots of brick. Great location. Walkable to downtown market square and old city. We drove downtown because it was too hot in August, but would’ve walked if it was a bit cooler. The only problem was there were 4 of us. The listing said there was 1 king bed and 2 sofa beds. We showed up late at night. There were NO sofa beds, just a blow up air mattress in the closet. We complained and the host was very quick to respond to us. Gave us a discount for the “confusion” of description of sleeping situation. Although there was clearly no confusion. It was flat out misrepresentation of the sleeping situation, the host was very responsive so we did appreciate that. We would stay here again but only if there were just 2 or 3 of us and the 3rd person didn’t mind sleeping on the couch.
Great location, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Brewery across the street has excellent food. There’s a Keurig coffee maker with pods, sugar packets, and creamer. Building was quiet and nice for sleeping. Host was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. Highly recommend!
I appreciated the chocolate chip muffins and the popcorn and candy exclamation also all of the soap and conditioner shampoo as well as the salt and pepper olive oil oil foil coffee, and creamer, and hot tea. that was all great
Property is in excellent location - walking distance to Gay Street - secure/safe - very clean and well kept - comfortable - property manager very responsive to our questions
Easy walk to Old City and great food at Balter Beerworks, right across the street. Be sure to visit Glitterville, also across the street, for a magical experience!

I stayed for an event at the Convention Center, which was a short walk away. Plenty of free parking on the street just outside. Host was very courteous and helpful. The place was great! Clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
This unit had the loft charm we were looking for — beautiful exposed brick and high windows. Well furnished and equipped. Bed is so comfortable, and the shower pressure is amazing! Easy walk downtown and nice brew pub across the street. Would stay again.
We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful loft apt with the sights and sounds of the city. Easy to find and short walk to the old city. The locked entrances helped me feel very safe. Price was perfect for and we will be repeat customers. Great check in and out process as well.
This location cannot be beat! The building security was excellent, and the neighborhood was close to everything. Great place and plenty roomy! (Listing shows only one bathroom but there’s a half bath downstairs and the full bath up. Perfect!)
only a few blocks from all the great attractions in the historic district. depending on crowds for activities such as concerts, there is typically parking on the street very close to property. responsive owners responded to our emails during our stay
The unit itself was clean, comfortable and accurately described. Communication was quick. The carpet could use a deep cleaning or replacement. If it wasn’t for being the weekend, parking would have been an issue. We were able to park on the street for free because it was a weekend and a holiday for Memorial Day. There isn’t a beautiful “view” to look at from the floor to ceiling windows. You see the street and train tracks. We didn’t sit out on the patio for that reason. The concerning part was the homeless walking by and able to look into the big windows that were eye level with the street and it was a daily occurrence. Just below the unit was a tent and garbage everywhere. The top uncovered windows allow the street lights to enter in at night if a dark room is what you like. We wanted to be close to the square to walk but unfortunately it rained all weekend. If the things listed don’t bother you, it’s a clean place to stay.
