Our family of 11 stayed one night before boarding our cruise ship and it was the perfect location to get to the pier and the port. Communication with the owners was great also.

Thanks for the 5-star review! So glad you had a great time staying with us.
Excellent house for my friends and I! It was massive and had comfortable beds. It was also close to everything. Only negative thing was that the upstairs bathroom door is bowed, making it difficult to open and close. Aside from that one thing, we had a fantastic time.

Thanks for your review! We love hearing from our guests. We can’t wait to host you again soon.
The floors needed mopped. Although the keypad did not work the host immediately answered back allowing us an alternate way to get in. Host was great and I’ve already booked a second stay with same host at another location.

The home is a period home and I understand the dated furniture. I was unhappy that one of the rooms did not have a dresser or even a closet to hang clothes. The upstairs bathroom door was difficult to operate. We were asked to shower to get sand off before we came in but the only place we could do that was in the front with water hose. It just seemed inappropriate. If I’m not mistaken, one of the perks was games to play there at the home. Unfortunately, none of it was in good shape to even play a game. The kitchen was very, very disappointing. The pots and pans set was ruined and should’ve been replaced. The big utensils were lacking. There was not even a spatula to flip eggs. There were lots of plates and forks and things like that but the overall cooking capability was very limited. Location was good. The size of the home was good. The check out was easy. I was just disappointed that some of the necessities were lacking.

Excellent Location to Everything! Lots of room and fun things for the kids to do.
The host was responsive from the moment I booked. Easy check-in and easy check-out. It was our first time being in Galveston. We wanted to explore the town, but since we only had one night at the property, we wanted to enjoy the amenities and the ambience of the property.

Had a little hick up with getting the key from the box. Had to wait about an hour for maintenance to show up and let is in. Aside from that everything was great. Great location and comfortable accommodations.

The house was freezing, specifically downstairs. We turned the heat on as soon as we arrived in the house, and the temperature never went up past 62 degrees. Otherwise, the house was well fit for our group!
