VERY well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. A/C was cold and the deck spaces all around were used and appreciated. Is a bit close to the road and had frequent foot traffic outside the gate and only off street parking. Very close to downtown and any/all shopping. We loved our stay!

It was a lovely house and property for a small gathering and overnight guests. Weather prevented us from using the outside as much as we wanted, but it was beautifully maintained. Thanks!

This place was wonderful. It had plenty of room for our family including 2 small children. We booked it after leaving another place that was so bad that we left. We certainly made the right decision. Highly recommend!

Nice house with plenty of room. Great big island and big couch great for groups. Clearly a full time rental bc it’s missing a few things like kitchen towels, hooks for towels in the bathrooms, not enough extra blankets.

Dude. You threw a party at my house without my consent and had over 50 young kids who smoked inside the home. Damaged my walls. Left bloods stains on bar stools and bed. I will be submitting charge backs for the damages. You were irresponsible and I regret renting to you. When I asked what your plans were you lied.

The home was clean (although there were a couple of used cleaning rags just laying on the floor in the kitchen) and the beds were comfortable. The bidets were great! Could have used a few wine glasses but there were some extra little snacks left out for us which was nice. There was a delay with communication for entry instructions but once we got them it all went smoothly. Overall it was a comfortable stay and our needs were met!

Family Stay

Everything went smoothly for our stay. Louis contacted us promptly from the time we rented through the end of the stay. The property was very modern and clean and large enough to accommodate the 9 of us who stayed there. (6 adults, 3 kids) 3 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and a large outdoor deck. Very convenient to the Huntington, NY area (3 milers from downtown.
