Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

I will text via the app an electronic welcome book several weeks prior to check in.. along with a code to enter the side door closest to the pool
After the beach, please spray off with the hose or the outdoor shower, prior to entering the house to minimum sand.

This was the second year we rented this house for our All Girls Getaway. Everything we needed was provided, including bikes and beach passes, and it's in a great location. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The pool and hot tub was warm and inviting. I would recommend a stay at this house anytime!

Beautiful house - beautifully decorated. Loved the tile work and high ceilings. The house was stocked with beach towels, bath towels, bikes, beach chairs, kitchen items, etc…. We loved the pool and spa pool. It was the perfect temperature. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping/Washington Street Mall. 10/10. Would stay here again

Thanksgiving in Cape May

Everything was as advertised we had a great time - all 11 of our family together for Thanksgiving. Easy walk to the beach and downtown. House had everything we needed and was a pleasure. A great place for a larger gathering.

Gorgeous home and great location

This home was so beautiful and comfortable! The heated pool was a huge hit with the whole family. The house was so spacious, we all had plenty of room to spare.

Year 2 - can’t wait for another trip

This was our second year staying at Billy’s property in cape May, and it continued to woo us and have everything our family of 9 needed for this years trip. Everyone had ample space, the beach box was a high light for us this year! And the pool and hot tub keep us all comfortable the whole time. The walk to the beach is quick, beach carts to help, having bikes ready for guests is just wonderful as well. What can we not say about this home? It’s perfect, we hope we can continue to return year after year!

Amazing property

We loved our stay at this house. It was the perfect size for our families to celebrate an 80th birthday. The elevator helped my mother in law move around the house with ease . The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The location was convenient. This kitchen was fully stocked and the owner had nice touches to make us all feel at home.

International reunion

We came together from the US, Germany and the UK. Adults- no kids this time. The property worked well for us. The weather was nice enough to use the jacuzzi. The elevator was convenient to haul luggage around. Easy walk to beach and town. Nice gathering areas. Would rent this property again.

Wonderful vacation home

This is a perfect place to stay in the Cape. This house is beautiful and everything high end. Brand new, beautifully furnished and well stocked. We loved that linens were included and beds made upon arrival along with a nice welcome basket. There was plenty of room for our large family group, a big kitchen and nice large dining table and the elevator was great for our older family members and getting luggage up and down. Even in the cold Dec temps we sat in the screened porch bundled up and watched a xmas movie! We enjoyed the pool just had a little difficultly getting the temperature right in the hot tub as it turns off automatically pretty frequently and would cool down while we were in it. The prop manager was easy to work with and quick to respond. Good location walking distance to the beach.

An Outstanding Family Vacation

An outstanding house; as advertised it was new construction so all new appliances. Only a 3½-block walk to the beach and as a bonus (along with many other amenities) the house supplies beach tags for thirteen adults (no tags required for children under twelve years). Our grandchildren (and some of their parents) LOVED the backyard pool. Beach towels are at the house, beach chairs are in a locker at the beach; the house has three floors for six bedrooms but also has an elevator which was extremely helpful for luggage; coffee makers with coffee, the list goes on; the host/owner was ultra-responsive for the few mundane questions we had; very large driveway and spacious garage, although on-street parking is free, unlike the area closer to "downtown" Cape May; the center of town (ie Washington Street Mall) is about a twenty-minute walk which is about the only less-than-glowing comment I could make. We will definitely look to stay here again in future years.

1. The kitchen was clean BUT there were a lot of NO-SEE-UMS bugs. We bought thing to use overnight and it trapped 12 of them but as soon as we started to eat breakfast they were back.2. The two white big white bowls were both torn down the sides.3. It would help if the bedrooms had chairs.4. Basement bathroom has a big light missing.5. The bunkbed room has no lamp on the little table between the bunkbeds to read in bed.NOW FOR THE GOOD STUFF!THE WELCOME GUIDE IS FABULOUS!!!!! except for Sec. 06 - Beach box. It doesn't have a date when the chairs are removed.AAll the rooms are extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable. And have what we need.Thank you so much!!!!!Nan Venit et al.

We loved this property and were so glad to have booked it for our son's wedding this past weekend in Cape May. The house was SPOTLESS and had everything we needed for an amazing stay. The pool and hot tub were even still open for the kids. The kitchen was well appointed, there were linens, towels, beach/pool toys, chairs...honestly everything needed. We would definitely recommend this location and would happily return again ourselves!

Great family vacation! This house has everything and more! It was so spacious! We never felt like we were in each others way. We had a 7month, 2 year old ,3 teenagers and 6 adults! The kitchen is absolutely beautiful! The pool was such a hit ! And let’s just say the outside shower was a nice addition to keep sand out of house and pool. We can’t say enough about this and are trying to get my husband to book next year! Thank you!
