Relaxing Getaway with that UP North Feel!

Spring is almost here and everything in Michigan is BEAUTIFUL when the sunshine and warmer weather arrives!!
Take a ride while at the cabin in your vehicle or bring up your side by side and admire Northern Michigan's beauty. Do a little shopping, check out a winery, a minor league baseball game or test your luck at a nearby Casino! If that doesn't sound great, we assure you that your stay will be equally as relaxing in the cozy and quiet log cabin style home relaxing inside by the fireplace or outside on the large deck, front porch or next to the fire pit.

Enjoy your stay up north Michigan on Wixom Lake. This home features an open layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We think you will be elated to find all you need in the fully stocked kitchen and we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our cabin. Enjoy the bonus side lot for family fun, yard games or sitting around a bonfire roasting marshmallows. Cabin sleeps up to 8 people in beds with two Queen-Sized beds in the Master bedroom along with a full bed in each of the other two bedrooms. There is an additional Queen-sized air mattress with bedding also available if necessary and an oversized couch.

There are many close lakes/rivers for kayaking and fishing close by. There are also 1000's of acres of state land for riding side by sides, hunting or hiking!

Centrally Located. Saganing Eagles Casino (Standish) 30 minutes away. Soaring Eagle Casino (Mount Pleasant) 50 Minutes away. Downtown Midland and Gladwin are 20 Minutes away. West Branch Outlet Mall is 35 minutes.

You don’t have to leave your pets at home. Please note max of two and it’s a $95.00 additional fee per pet at booking.

Guests can use complimentary Wi-Fi. Password is provided at the cabin.

Note: Wixom Lake is currently drained due to flooding and the dam collapsing in 2020. The river is approximately 100 yards out from the seawall.

The cabin was more than we could have hoped for. So clean and comfortable, very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Comfy beds and furniture. And so peaceful out on the back deck. 4 of us ladies on our annual girl's trip were pleasantly surprised by all the little extras that were waiting for us. Definitely would go back again. Rebeca was so easy to get ahold of and communicate with. It was an excellent experience for sure.

Nice place with lots of room.

This was very close to the person we were visiting. The house had a lot of room to move around. The showers could use some work. Overall, it was a good experience and we enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful gathering place

We had a wonderful weekend visit to see our youngest daughters family. The cabin was so cozy and inviting that they actually came to visit us and watch football by the fire. Wonderful hosts, who were very helpful and kind. Definitely will stay again!

A much needed time away for all of our family. The cabin is very comfortable. We enjoyed eating and playing games on the deck. It was close to Grayling and a kayaking adventure as well. We loved our stay and will go back again.

The stay was great, nice and very clean cabin. Neighbors were also friendly as well. Great location especially if you’re into orv trails. We were able to ride right out from the cabin and get on some trails within a 15 mins. Overall was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience for my family.

Nice cabin with lots of space and a nice outdoor deck. It is as clean, well stocked, and I closed several nice touches like popcorn for us! We appreciate that they allow pets. The beds were nice and had a large tv.
