Blue's Pad... A charming and cozy 2-bedroom house on Wixom Lake in Beaverton, MI

"Blue's Pad" as this cottage is lovingly referred to is an updated 2 bedroom 2 bath home with 200 feet of spectacular lakefront views on all sports Wixom Lake. While the lake is waterless until fall of 2026, it is still a wonderful place to enjoy the peaceful mornings sipping coffee and afternoons relaxing or playing games with the family.

In the dining space you have a cabinet full of board games, coloring books and puzzles. In the garage air hockey, mini basketball, pool table, foosball and darts. Outside there is a basketball hoop, volleyball net and cornhole. Lots to do to keep the fun going for hours. When you are ready to go on an adventure neighboring towns such as Midland, Gladwin, Beaverton and Mt. Pleasent offer a ton of things to do! We hope you enjoy this super cozy cottage and make a ton of memories with family and friends. This cottage can sleep 10 people comfortably. 1 queen, 6 twins and a double pullout bed. We do not provide firewood. If a previous guest leaves any, we will be happy to leave it out for use. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer, bedding and many other necessities to make your stay comfortable and seamless!

Other things to note:
Please be respectful in remembering that this is a cottage! We run on a septic and well system, oils/fats from cooking have jars under the sink for proper disposal and flushing anything other than the toilet paper is prohibited.

*We do have a water softener system and purifier on the kitchen sink as well as a water tank with purified water to drink.
