BALCONY OF THIS UNIT IS SET TO BE CLOSED OFF FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK FROM 10/31/2025 THROUGH 2/23/2026. MISCELLANEOUS UPKEEP WORK WILL BE DONE ON THE BUILDING THROUGHOUT THE 2025 YEAR AND INTO SPRING OF 2026. INTERMITTENT NOISE IS EXPECTED DURING THIS WORK

Guest must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Guests under 25 will be required to complete an in-person check in process.

This 9th floor piece of paradise located at Shores of Panama hopes to host you for the perfect family or friends getaway! The master bedroom of unit 926 hosts a queen bed with access to a private bathroom, while the second room hosts two bunks and access to the second bathroom. The common area also hosts a sleeper sofa for two. Shores of Panama is centrally located to most attractions and restaurants in PCB, while boasting one of the nicest resort pools any surrounding property can offer!

Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest must register and pay for one parking pass and 6 resort bands upon arrival to the complex. 2024 cost is $90 for the stay with this South Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo. The condo does have an assigned space on the 9th floor of the complex. You must still pay for parking to use this space.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Excellent beach front property

Enjoyed our stay. Great location. There are not enough elevators in the facility, so an excessive amount of time is spent waiting on elevators however this is a facility issue and not a host issue. The condo was clean and communication was great

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time with our family! The view was amazing. Our only complaint is that the master bedroom bed is awful. Feels like u r sleeping in a hole.

Amazing room!!

We absolutely loved the room! There was 6 of us and the we all fit perfect. It had everything you needed for your stay. It was like being at home. Everything was clean and looked great! Cort, our host was on top of everything. He texted me when the room was ready for us to check it. When I messaged him before our stay with questions be answered within minutes! It was a great time!

Nice property - looks like the pictures - view of the beach is great - no problems moving throughout the resort - no problems with the elevators - check in was smooth no wait - management team (Casey & Cort) professional / helpful even when they were irritated with me for complaining about the blowers from Pineapple Willies starting between 5:30-5:50am & resort maintenance blowers were a little later in the am that woke us up, carpets need a deep cleaning, Cort was awesome addressing the other needs

Great unit and the view was beautiful!

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony has the best view. Cort responded very quickly to our needs. The elevator is fast for how busy the building is. The security is awesome. I was surprised I didn’t know about the $85 bracelet and parking fee until I arrived. The property is right next door to Pineapple Willys so there are a lot of spring breakers close by on the beach. You can choose to set up a little further down if you want to avoid that crowd. Also, if you have a car top carrier you will NOT fit in the parking garage and they have no where to store it for you. We had to remove ours and keep it in our vehicle which was very inconvenient as we have a very large one!

Nice unit, complicated property

The unit is exactly as described. I wish there were little things like coffee filters given you have to purchase a huge number of them at a time. However, the biggest negative is the overall property. Not the unit at all, but the parking garage is very tight and with all those SUV and trucks I was waiting to get hit in my little rental. And the elevators are so incredibly slow and packed nearly all the time that we often hiked 9 floors up and down. Glad to get the workout, but something worth noting if you have an elderly person or little kids with you. Again, the unit was exactly as described. The soundproofing is great given we were directly over Pineapple Willie's. But the Shores of Panama is not likely to be on my repeat visit list.

Condo was perfect! Resort was the only thing we had complaints about.

Our condo was great… perfect size, very clean, ac worked amazing, it was so cute with a great view. We would definitely book this condo again only if the resort makes improvements. They close the pools & everything associated with them with the slightest amount of weather. Understandable to shut down for bad wether but they would leave it closed for so long hours before letting anyone in. We spent more time waiting for them to open then actually getting to enjoy. It was a shock seeing how much trash people leave around & not pick up, especially noticeable because they don’t have workers going around & picking it up. Also they only have one hot tub outside was packed beyond the max, I think adding another one or two would be a huge improvement for this resort. Elevator wait time are unbelievable. We were on the ninth floor so would just walk down when we didn’t have the ice chest. Parking was also terrible for us but only because we have an “oversized” truck & couldn’t fit in the parking garage. The oversized parking spots were always taken by smaller vehicles. We paid 80 bucks for parking & struggled every time we had to leave & come back. Overall we had a great time & the best view.!

The St Andrews State park is just a 15 minute drive and the St Andrews Marina is just a short 20 minute drive. Jet ski rentals, Banana Boat rides and Parasailing are available from the beach kiosk.

Fishing Excursions can be booked from the St Andrews Marina for day trips and overnight trips.

Renting a Pontoon Boat for a family day at Shell Island makes great family memories or you can book a Shell Island Adventure tour at the Marina.
